Due to our quick drying formula, our glues viscosity is on the thinner side. The color of our glue is not a deep black due to the lower percentage of carbon black ingredient used.

    How to Use:

    Please shake adhesive for at least 1-2 minute prior to use. Dispose of first drop. After each use, please wipe tip of any excess glue to prevent any build up of glue on the cap. Retention works best when stored under the correct humidity and temperature.

    FOR A FASTER DRYING TIME
    0.5 SEC
    Temp: 70-75°

    Humidity: 55%

    FOR A SLOWER DRYING TIME
    1 SEC
    Temp: 60-65°
    Humidity: 45-50%

    If the glue is opened and exposed to unfavorable conditions, the texture will change permanently and significantly reduce effectiveness. Please do not store in refrigerators as this will thicken the viscosity. 

    Disclaimer: 

    We recommend that you keep the adhesive in a cool and dry place. For advanced technicians only. Do not use on yourself.

    • With minimal use, glue can last up to 3 months. We recommend changing it every month if you’re someone that lashes a lot. 
    • Not suitable for CLUSTER / STRIP lashes
    • We are not responsible for the misuse of the adhesive.

      TRANSIT TIME

      Transit Time does not begin until your package is processed (1-3 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility.

      Standard Ground Shipping - Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.

      Expedited Shipping - Between 1 and 2 business days in California. Between 2 and 3 days on other U.S. orders after the order is packed. Packages may take up to 5 days depending on your area. 

      Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

      Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Lash Galore is not liable for any delayed packages. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

      No Delivery?

      If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been shipped out, Lash Galore is not liable for lost packages.

      RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

      ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

      We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then contact us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

      Order Inquiries & Return Procedure

      Email us at support@lashgaloresf.com using the contact form on our site within 7 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). No return/exchanges will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered. 

      Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

      Cancelling an Order

      Hello, so I been trying to try out the pink adhesive from lash galore because my speed was increasing. Yesterday I got a client though and her lashes are currently falling out from two days. Another client said her lashes weren’t lasting at all. But one client said her retention was great!!!! I think I might just switch back to the black adhesive because that gave me 2 weeks worth of retention. Did my cousins lashes and nun fell out but really one the first week.

      Not sure what changed besides the packaging but the glue seems to get tacky faster . Also, I opened a brand new bottle and it was clogged I used the red pin to open the glue but it just clogged it more. I squeezed it and it all spilled all over my clothes and chair so a whole bottle went to waste :/

      I have been using this glue for a year now, and it's safe to say that this is my favorite glue! The retention is great and I have no problems with it while I am lashing.

      This is my first time using this glue, as I am a new lash tech still trying the find the glue that works best for me. I always try different types of glue on myself first and this one has me so excited with the mild fumes and such fast drying!! I purchased two bottles before even trying it because I had a good feeling that I would fall in love and I did!!! Go order yours now!!! You will not regret it.
